  7. V2.50 - ENH: Now the "Find..." requester does not appear anymore if the current
  8.              catalog is empty.
  9.         ENH: General enhancements all around, now RCI is easier to improve to 
  10.              the new V3.0.
  11.         FIX: Searching an empty catalog used to generate an Enforcer's hit.
  12.         FIX: There was a strange behaviour combo that used to appear when in
  13.              "Catalog Description Mode" the user change the constant name of
  14.              a message.

  35.         ENH: Marco De Vitis enhanced the "ReCatIt_Vocabulary.dat" file adding some
  36.              chars and cleaning up everything a bit. Thank you Marco!
  37.         ENH: In "Catalog Description" mode, the costant name is trimmed against
  38.              white spaces on the right of the string.
  39.         ENH: Now Drag and Drop recognizes ".cd" and ".ct" files (or, at least, 
  40.              it tries :-)
  41.         FIX: "Fill Empty Strings" now works _only_in ".catalog" edit mode.
  42.         FIX: There was an error message which did not trig a call to
  43.              locale.library (ie. it was always in English)
  44.         FIX: Importing ".cd" routine didn't free previous catalog loaded.
